SEACHEM LABORATORIES, INC was established in 1980 by Dr. Leo G. Morin, then an associate professor in the School of Medicine, Emory University, Atlanta, GA. In 1994, Dr. Morin retired from the university and became full time CEO and Scientific Director of Seachem. In 2001 Dr. Morin was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and passed away shortly thereafter. He is succeeded by his son, Dr. Greg Morin, now the current CEO of Seachem as well as its Research Director. Seachem occupies about 24,000 square feet which includes production and research laboratories, manufacturing, inventory, shipping, and office space. |
